IEHP - Inland Empire Health Plan, A Public Entity

Quick Help

Browser Security
This is a private web site provided only to our Members. We have made the site secure to protect your private health information. To provide this protection and to meet regulatory requirements, IEHP uses 128-bit encryption browser software. The 128-bit encryption offers the highest degree of confidentiality and security when transmitting confidential data over the Internet.
If you are unsure if you have a 128-bit encryption browser, contact your local IS support or your Internet Service Provider (ISP). If you attempt to Register or log in without the appropriate browser, you may get an error message.

Login Help
If you are a registered user of Member Services Online but are having trouble logging in, call IEHP Member Services at 1-800-440-IEHP (4347). On TTYs, call 1-800-718-4347.
If you do not have a User Name and Password, register now to use the service.

Username help
Choose a User Name with at least 6 characters, and no more than 35.

Password Help
Forgot Your Password?
Please contact Member Services at 1-800-440-IEHP (4347).  Your Password allows you to access all your information online. After choosing your password, make sure you protect it – don’t share it with anyone, and if you need to write it down, do not identify it in any way (for example, don’t write that it’s your IEHP Password). Avoid using your IEHP password for other accounts.

If you think someone may have your password, you can change it online at anytime after you log in.  Your password must be all letters, numbers, or a combination of these. You may use an underscore, but do not use any other characters such as parentheses, commas, quotation marks, etc.

More About ID#
Unlike names that can be the same for several Members, the Member ID# is unique to each Member. That helps to assure that you are getting the correct information when you access your accounts.
Make sure you enter the ID# exactly as it appears on the Member’s IEHP Card.

Learn more
Once you log on with your Username and Password, you can access any of your children’s accounts. You may not be able to access any other adult family members. All adults must register with their own Usernames and Passwords.

Why Social Security Numbers?
The Social Security Number (last 4 digits only) is to give you even more protection. This assures that no one else can register in your name and then access your or your child’s information, even if they find your IEHP Card. (Your Social Security Number does not appear on the IEHP Card.)

MEDI-CAL Disclaimer
If you receive Medi-Cal and are changing your address, you must call your Eligibility Worker at DPSS right away. If you’re not sure who your Eligibility Worker is, call the following numbers for contact information:
 Riverside County  1-800-816-7260
 San Bernardino County 1-800-247-5816
If you do not report your address change to DPSS, the change you make here will revert to your old address after 90 days.

What does Active, Not Active Mean?
Active status means you or your child is eligible for all IEHP benefits.
Not active means you may no longer be eligible for your Program (Medi-Cal, Healthy Families, Healthy Kids, Commercial) and are not covered for health care with IEHP. This may be a temporary problem with your Program. For help, call IEHP Member Services at 1-800-440-IEHP (4347). On TTYs, call 1-800-718-4347.
