Browser Security
The IEHP Member website is secure. So your health information stays private. To provide this protection, IEHP uses 128-bit encryption browser software. This software offers the highest degree of confidentiality and security when transmitting data over the Internet.
If you’re unable to register or log in to our site, you may not have the appropriate browser. If you don’t know if you have a 128-bit encryption browser, contact your local IS support. Or call your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

Password Help
Choose a password that’s easy for you to remember. You may use all numbers, all letters or both. But don’t use parentheses, commas, quotation marks, etc.
Don’t share your password with anyone. If you think someone has your password, you can change it at anytime after you log in.
Forgot Your Password? Call Member Services at 1-800-440-IEHP (4347).
Your Member ID#
Make sure you enter your ID# the same way it appears on your IEHP Card when you use our online services.
Children’s Accounts
Once you log in, you can access any of your children’s accounts. But you won’t have access to any adult family member’s accounts. All adults must register with their own user names and passwords.
Why Do You Need My Social Security Number (SSN)?
We require you to enter the last four digits of your SSN for your protection. So even if someone finds your IEHP card and tries to log in to your account, they won’t have access to your information.
MEDI-CAL Disclaimer
If you have Medi-Cal and you are changing your address, you must call your Eligibility Worker at DPSS right away. If you’re not sure who your Eligibility Worker is, call one of the following numbers:
Riverside County: 1-800-816-7260
San Bernardino County: 1-800-247-5816
What does Active, Not Active Mean?
Active status means you or your child can get all IEHP benefits. If you’re not active, that means you can no longer receive healthcare through IEHP. For help, call IEHP Member Services at 1-800-440-IEHP (4347). For TTYs, call 1-800-718-4347.
