You pay a monthly premium between $4 and $24 for each child, up to a maximum of $72 for all children in a family.
The monthly premium is determined by income category, which includes family size, family income, and the health plan you choose.
IEHP is the Community Provider Plan, for Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Which means you can save up to $108 a year with IEHP.
In addition to the monthly premium, you pay a co-payment of $5-$15 at the time of service. Some services are free.
