Call the IEHP 24-hour Nurse Advice Line at 1-888-244-IEHP (4347) or 1-888-880-0833 for TTY users.  You’ll get the help you need.

During each call the nurse gives you advice. Simple and useful advice you are looking for. Best of all, you don’t have to leave your home.  You save time and spare yourself from waiting in a packed emergency room. The 24-hour Nurse Advice Line is open after hours, holidays, and weekends.

Urgent Care Clinics

You should always go to your Doctor for care.  But sometimes you can’t reach your Doctor after hours. Call the 24-hour Nurse Advice Line to get help when you need it. If our nurse thinks you need more help, they will point you to an open Urgent Care Clinic nearby.

Urgent Care Clinics are open after hours and weekends, and some provide lab work and x-rays.
