Who can sign up?
IEHP Members with a disability, who are 18 years or older.
How to sign up:
Call IEHP Member Services at 1-800-440-IEHP (4347) or 1-800-718-4347 for TTY users. The Living Well with a Disability Program is offered in English, and sign language if needed. The program is FREE for IEHP Members with a disability.
