Instead of a machine, you can talk to a real person. One who’ll work with you to solve your issues.
If you think your matter is urgent, please call IEHP Member Services or the Department of Managed Health Care at 1-888-HMO-2219/TDD line at 1-877-688-9891.
If you are still unhappy, you can file a complaint.
If your problem still isn’t resolved, you have the right to file a complaint – also known as a “grievance.” Call IEHP Member Services. A representative will explain the process to you – and even help you file a complaint.
