The Healthy Kids Program is low-cost health coverage.
It provides health, dental and vision care to children
to their 19th birthday who:

 Have lived in Riverside or San Bernardino County for
  the last 90 days
 Don’t have health coverage
 Don’t qualify for no-cost Medi-Cal or the Healthy Families Program.

In Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, IEHP is the only health plan that provides the Healthy Kids Program.

Program funding comes from many sources, Riverside County, the Riverside County First 5 Commission, the Riverside Community Health Foundation,The California Endowment,and Blue Shield of California Foundation.

In San Bernardino County, the program is funded by IEHP, the San Bernardino County First 5 Commission, The California Endowment and Blue Shield Foundation of California.
