The Healthy Kids Program is low-cost insurance that provides health (include mental health services), dental, and vision coverage to children up to their 19th birthday:

* who live in Riverside or San Bernardino County
* who do not have health insurance
* who don't qualify for no-cost Medi-Cal and the Healthy Families Program.

IEHP is the only health plan that provides the Healthy Kids program in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

In Riverside County, the program is funded by IEHP, Riverside County, the Riverside County First 5 Commission, the Riverside Community Health Foundation,The California Endowment, Blue Shield of California Foundation, and the California Health Care Foundation.

In San Bernardino County, the program is funded by IEHP, the San Bernardino County First 5 Commission, The California Endowment and Blue Shield Foundation of California.
