Not feeling well and can’t reach your Doctor? No problem. Just call our nurse, day or night, seven days a week – even on holidays. And if you do need to see a Doctor, our nurse can point you to an Urgent Care Clinic near you.

No need to stand in long lines at the pharmacy. Get your medicine without ever leaving your home. Call to learn more.
3. Coordinated Care and Services
With the Prescription-By-Mail Program, Members with disabilities may order and receive medications without ever having to leave home. IEHP’s convenient mail order pharmacy program helps ensure timely access to on-going prescriptions
4. Interpreter Services
We offer sign and foreign language interpretation services for your Doctor visits. We also have toll-free TTY phone numbers.
5. Wellness Programs
IEHP offers group classes and at-home programs to help you manage your health. Topics include Living Well with a Disability, Diabetes Self-Management, Healthy Heart, Weight Loss, Stop Smoking…and more!
6. Accessible Information
IEHP produces all of our materials in alternate formats (e.g., audio, electronic text, large print, and Braille). So you always have access to your health information.
7. Wheelchair-Seating Clinic
Need help with your wheelchair? Call IEHP to ask about our Wheelchair-Seating Clinic. This program will help you get a chair that matches your physical needs and lifestyle.
8. Persons with Disabilities Workgroup
IEHP listens to you - and lets your wisdom and experiences guide our services. This advisory group meets quarterly to give feedback on ways to enhance IEHP benefits and services.
9. Bus Stops and Routes
Our Doctor Directory includes the bus routes and stops closest to each Primary Care Doctor's office.
