IEHP Child Car Seat Program

If you're pregnant or had a baby in the past 12 months, come learn how to best use and install your car seat to keep your child safe. And you'll get a brand new car seat for your child - at no cost.

The IEHP Car Seat Safety Class is offered at many locations throughout the Inland Empire - in English and Spanish.

Here's what you'll get:

*The latest information on using car seats to keep your children safe until they're big enough to ride with seatbelts only
*A demonstration of how different seat belt systems work with your car seat - to keep your baby protected when riding with you, another family member, or a friend
*Tips on the easiest way to buckle your child in for safety

*A quick review of the law to help you avoid tickets and fines

Who can qualify:

*Members who are pregnant or have given birth within the last 12 months
*Babies under a year old who are IEHP Members

NOTE: If you belong to an IEHP Group Plan, there may be a charge for this program.  Contact IEHP's Member Services for details.
