How can my child get a free bike helmet?

Call IEHP and ask for a Rad Rider Helmet Kit.  You will receive a Rad Rider Comic Book, a Rad Rider Bicycle Safety Test, and a headband to measure your child's head.  Have your child read the Comic Book and complete the safety quiz.  Measure your child's head, sign your name to the quiz, and mail it back to IEHP.
