If you or your child has asthma, you can't afford to miss the IEHP Family Asthma Program. You'll learn how to control your asthma so that you can enjoy life without asthma limiting you.

The program consists of one,
3-hour class and is offered at many locations throughout the Inland Empire. Call IEHP Member Services today for class locations and times.

Here's what you'll get:

* A chance to talk with asthma professionals like Respiratory Therapists, Registered Nurses, or Health Educators about your medications to make sure you're using them right
* Tips to "asthma proof" your home
* Real-life examples of how peak flow meters help control asthma
* Life saving advice on what to do when your asthma gets worse
* An asthma kit containing a peak flow meter and a spacer to help you use your inhaler
* And you'll also get a hypoallergenic pillow case and mattress cover!
