SIGN UP for the
IEHP Healthy Babies Program

 

From the time you first learn you're going to have a baby... through your delivery, IEHP gives you the information and support you need to keep you and your baby healthy -
all at no cost!

Here's what you'll get:

A Healthy Babies packet to help you take care of yourself during your pregnancy, which includes:
* A 60-minute full-color video that shows the different stages of pregnancy and the changes you'll be going through
* Tips on healthy eating and keeping fit while pregnant
* A wall chart that shows how your baby grows from month to month
* If you need extra support, a personal relationship with an IEHP Care Coordinator or Nurse who will:
* Stay in touch with you to make sure you're okay.
* Help you understand your Doctor's instructions, and get you any help you may need.

After your baby is born, you'll receive a second packet with tips for taking care of yourself and your new baby. It contains:
* Brochures about eating right, shots your baby needs, and birth control
* Special gifts for you and your little one

If you're a new IEHP Member who's just had a baby, call IEHP Member Services and we'll send you your Healthy Babies Packet loaded with healthy tips for you and baby, plus special gifts.

 

And if you need more help…

Our Health Management Department can help you understand and follow your Doctor’s advice for a happy and healthy pregnancy.

Our Care Coordinators and Nurses will work with you individually to design a program that’s just right for you.

The more you know about your pregnancy, the more confident you'll be that you're doing everything you can to give your baby a healthy start in life.
