Welcome to IEHP's California Children Services (CCS) Page. 
California Children Services is a statewide program which provides for medical care, equipment, rehabilitation and case management services to eligible children with physically handicapping medical conditions. This program is designed for children and young adults under 21 years of age, who have CCS-eligible conditions and whose families are unable to provide all or part of their care.
IEHP has developed this web page in order to help providers access information that may aide with the coordination of care for Medi-Cal Managed Care in children with suspected or
confirmed CCS conditions.
