The Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) Vision Handbook is designed to help Vision Providers (Providers) understand how IEHP works and the rules and regulations governing IEHP. Although the provisions of this Handbook must be adhered to by all Providers, it is not intended to replace or exclude any statutory, regulatory or contractual requirement, as imposed by the Department of Health Services (DHS), the Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC), the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and other agencies such as Medical Professional Licensing Boards.
