Welcome to the Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) Pay For Performance, also known as P4P. In our continuing effort to provide preventive health services to IEHP Members, IEHP is pleased to announce changes to the P4P program and payment incentives.

Physicians are reimbursed directly by IEHP through P4P under the following seven (7) program components:

 Overview
 Immunizations
 Well Child Visits
 Pap Tests
 Perinatal Services
 Postpartum Services
 Diabetes
 DualChoice Annual Visit
