Mr. Williams has been a member of the IEHP Governing Board since April 3, 1995.  He completed 20 years of service with the U. S. Air Force as a logistics support and communications electronics officer.  His education includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematics from Morehouse College in 1964 and a Masters of Science Degree in Logistics Management which he earned through the Air Force Institute of Technology in 1970.
