2010 Quality Management Executive Summary:
Annually, IEHPs Healthcare Analytics and Reporting Department in collaboration with the Quality Management Department, under the leadership and direction established by the IEHP Governing board and Quality Management committee, conduct a series of activities that assess the overall quality of health care experienced by IEHP Members. This report covers activities conducted in the 2010 measurement year. The goal of these activities is to assess current processes to identify areas for improvement and to note the areas of success. The summary is formatted to correspond with the 2010 Quality Management Work plan.
