Access To Care


IEHP produces Member materials in various alternate formats to make information more accessible to everyone.  Various community collaborations help us to ensure cultural competency in designing materials for Members with diverse disabilities.    more...

IEHP offers Sign Language interpretation services for medical appointments at no cost to Members who are deaf or hard-of-hearing.  IEHP also maintains toll-free TTY numbers so you can reach Member Services and the 24-Hour Nurse Advice Line.    more...
