IEHP Enhances Phone Access with TTY Training

Whether you use a telephone or TTY, we make sure Members can easily connect with our friendly, bilingual Member Services Representatives. 

Telephone Access Training

IEHP calls on the California Telephone Access Program (CTAP) to conduct TTY Training for Member Services Representatives.  Recent training featured hands-on TTY experience and working with an American Sign Language interpreter.
