We identify Members with disabilities at enrollment so we can start working immediately to prevent or limit the severity of secondary conditions through health care monitoring and service coordination.  Despite a national healthcare system that’s somewhat fragmented and complex, IEHP helps bridge the gaps to make a life of health and wellness easier and possible.

YOU still make the decisions for you and your family.  We just help make the best connections with your Doctors.  IEHP:

● Provides Doctors/Specialists with necessary information and assistance to help meet Members’ health care needs 

The IEHP Health Care Team includes Registered and Licensed Vocational Nurses as well as staff specializing in various health conditions and disabilities.  We help coordinate with doctors, specialists, and local resources to make sure Members get all the health care services you need and to which you are entitled.
