IEHP & the Disability Rights Legal Center

Our collaboration with the Disability Rights Legal Center (formerly Western Law Center for Disability Rights) includes:

● Disability Rights Legal Center, Inland Empire site – IEHP donates office space

● Sponsorship of the annual RespectAbility, statewide leadership and advocacy conference

● Health services research focused on:

● Identifying all entities with financial responsibility for Members’ various health care and related services/equipment

● Clarifying the financial responsibility of each

● Convening meetings among the parties to reach agreement

● Ensuring Members with disabilities receive necessary treatment and equipment
