I lost my packet. Can you send me another one?

I just found out about the Healthy Babies program but I’m already eight months pregnant. Can I still receive a pregnancy packet?

Yes. Call IEHP Member Services at 1-800-440-IEHP (4347)/TTY 1-800-718-4347 and ask for another packet.

Yes. Call IEHP Member Services at 1-800-440-IEHP (4347)/TTY 1-800-718-4347 and ask for the packet. Once we are notified that you have had your baby, we will send you the delivery packet.

How do I register for a Health Education Program?

It’s easy. All you have to do is call IEHP Member Services at 1-800-440-IEHP (4347)/TTY 1-800-718-4347 to register for the program of your choice.
