Your Voice Can Help Others

Your Voice Matters

You may have recently been asked to do a survey about your health care experience. It is very important you take this survey.

Your voice can help others get the care they need, when they need it.

If you got the survey, make sure you do it by the deadline.

Deadline for Medi-Cal members: May 1, 2024.

Deadline for Medicare members: June 1, 2024.

If you didn’t get a survey, don’t worry! Surveys were given out randomly and anonymously by a third-party. IEHP does not know who got one and who didn’t.

Whether you got a survey or not, you can still tell your friends and family how IEHP’s friendly doctors help you get needed care right away.

Your Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Answered
